About Axis
Axis Direct Labs is an Oklahoma-based supplier of research-use-only compounds, operating as the research products division of Axis Research LLC. We built our business around transparency, independent testing, and quality documentation.
Axis wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built between oilfield shifts, late nights, and family responsibilities.
Robert spent long days working in oilfield operations, building Axis during the hours most people were sleeping. At home, Leslie was raising two young boys and a newborn daughter while helping turn an idea into a business.
We started with what we had and figured things out along the way.
Our original logo was green and teal. It was handmade, a little rough, and constantly changing. The colors changed. The packaging evolved. The business grew. Every improvement came through trial, error, and determination.
But one thing never changed: the people and principles behind Axis.
We're a family-owned Oklahoma business, built from the ground up without outside investors. Our names are attached to what we do, and we believe that comes with a responsibility to stand behind our work.
We're proud of where we started, but we're even more focused on where we're going. Our goal is to keep growing, improving, and earning the trust of the research community through the quality of our products and the integrity of our business.

Independent third-party laboratory testing
Axis Direct Labs does not test its own compounds. Each batch submitted for testing is sent to an independent third-party laboratory with no ownership stake in ADL. The laboratory that performed the testing is named on that batch's Certificate of Analysis, so the testing source is verifiable per lot rather than asserted as a blanket claim.
Batch verification
Every verified batch carries a batch number printed on its label and is publicly searchable in the COA Registry by batch number or QR code. This ties a physical vial to a specific, independently documented production run.
Local next-day delivery
For customers within the Oklahoma City metro, ADL offers flat-rate next-day hand delivery with photo and GPS proof of delivery, so documented research compounds reach local researchers quickly.
