Shipping Policy

Information about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment has been verified. All orders ship out the next business day. Orders received after business hours or on a weekend are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

National shipping is offered at checkout with three carrier options: USPS Ground ($8.00), UPS Ground ($10.00), and UPS 2nd Business Day ($14.99). Orders of $150.00 or more ship free via USPS Ground. Local next-day hand delivery is available in the OKC metro (30-mile radius from Oklahoma City center) for a flat $15.00.

Packaging

All orders ship in standard, unbranded brown boxes with discreet packaging. Our research compounds are not cold-chain products and do not require refrigerated transit — they are stable at ambient temperatures during normal shipping timeframes.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Carrier & Delivery Timeframes

You choose your preferred carrier and speed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground ($8.00): ~2–5 business days
  • UPS Ground ($10.00): ~1–5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Business Day ($14.99): 2 business days
  • Local Next-Day Delivery (OKC metro): Next business day

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website or through your account page on our site.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a missing or wrong gate code, or refused delivery.

  • The carrier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts, then hold the package at a local facility for pickup for up to 7 business days before returning it to us.
  • Each order confirmation email includes a Verify Your Shipping Address link — please confirm or correct your address so we ship without delay.
  • If a package is returned to us, we will refund the product value only. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned orders.
  • To have a returned order re-shipped, you will be charged a new shipping fee. Please confirm a corrected address first.
  • Unclaimed packages held at a carrier facility are treated as returned orders under this same policy.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
